Which company is behind the website?

Bouwrecht in Nederland is part of the ten legal websites under the trade name jurismedia.nl of Van der Spoel Development. The business form is a sole proprietorship. Chamber of Commerce number: 89615395. You can reach us via redactie@jurismedia.nl.

Jurismedia is the joint trade name under which we organize the legal websites. Each website has its own legal area, content and recognizable presentation. Our shared ambition is that more people can find understandable explanations and a clear next step.

Who is responsible for what?

The company organizes the platform. The editorial manager and editor organize the information and publication. A legal review is a separate contribution from a verified lawyer or attorney and is associated with the reviewed content version.

A lawyer you hire yourself is responsible for your own services and the agreements you make with that office. The information platform is not a law firm.
